In the OneDrive app:Ī) I clicked on my image in the top left hand corner, thenĬ) In the settings page I clicked on my account. It took a bit of trial and error before I worked out the following steps. But I found a way to log out of my MS Account from OneDrive. I couldn't find how to log out of my MS Account from Outlook. I wasn't challenged when I closed and re-started OneDrive or Outlook.
All that is except for OneDrive and Outlook. I'm posting the fix that worked for me in case anyone else has the same issue.ġ) mail stopped when I enabled 2 token security as recommended by Microsoft.ģ) Outlook was stuck for hours and hours with the message "please wait while we download your messages."Ĥ) I closed and restarted Outlook - not fixedĥ) I closed all MS applications on my phone, then restarted Outlook - not fixedĥ) I reset my MS Account again - not fixedĮventually I noticed that when I closed and restarted the other Office365 apps I had to log in to my MS Account. It wasn't obvious and I suspect it's due to a bug in Office365.
I finally worked out what the problem was. Thanks for the advice, however it didn't solve the problem. 4- Tap on Microsoft exchange, not on ĥ- Enter your email address and then password and thats it
